Location: Ho Chi Minh

Job Description:

  • Analyze aftersales data of dealers and establish target for respective dealers
  • Follow up Aftersales KPI and take action for improvement
  • Control dealers following Mitsubishi Dealer Standard (MDS) and conduct MDS evaluation at dealers periodically
  • Handle customer complaint through direct email/ CXI
  • Support dealers operation/ Promotion/ Customer Care campaign/ Mobile service
  • Apply GEMBA Kaizen to dealers; conduct training for new dealers related to service: Procedure, KPIs, MDS
  • Coordinate with other sections to support dealers


  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree with major in Automotive Technology
  • Knowledge: Intensive knowledge about automotive, workshop controlling, after-sales & customer service
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
  • Required skillset:
    • Good English proficiency & PC skills (MS Office)
    • B2 driver license
  • Other requirements:
    • Cooperative and have teamwork spirit
    • Eager to learn, willing to cope with new challenges
    • Willing to travel regularly for work (e.g. business trip, dealer visit, etc.)
