  • Planning and Execute sales training and product training for:
  • Dealer Sales Consultant
  • New Dealer’s Sales Consultant
  • Coordinate with sales training team for other training activities
  • Follow up and support dealer in house training activities
  • MDS evaluation – quarterly

Requirements:

  • Education: University
  • Experience: training exeperience is preferred
  • Knowledge: Vietnam automotive market, car sales process, car specification
  • Skills: good communication and presentation skills; English and Microsoft Office

Job Descriptions:

  1. Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) material development:

Studying deeply DOS material; Continuously update and improve the content to be suitable and effective for Dealer.

  1. DOS implementation at Dealer:

Implementing to all Dealer; Monitoring the performance of the Dealer, supporting inquiries; Reporting the implementation results weekly/ monthly.    

  1. SSI & CSI analysis:

Analyzing to find weaknesses & root cause that make our customer unsatisfied; Taking Action plan to improve & reflecting to Mitsubishi Dealer Standard (MDS); Sharing & managing Dealers follow Action plan.  

  1. Customer complaint handling:

Handling complaints related to DOS.

  1. MDS quaterly evaluation:

Planning & visiting Dealer for quarterly evaluation; Summarizing and reporting the results.

  1. Customer satisfaction survey system development:

Questionnaire development; Quality control of raw survey.

Requirement

  • Education: University
  • Knowledge: Automobile market
  • Skills: Communication; Instructing/ training; Planning; Problem solving
  • Experience: Automobile technology
  • Other (if any): English, Driving license (B1/B2…)

  • Deploy distributor’s strategy and plan to DLRs
  • Improve performance of daily operation at DLRs (to increase parts turnover/ Customer retention/ SIU etc)
  • Aftersales KPI improvement with dealers and follow-up
  • Dealer KPI evaluation
  • Collecting market and dealer information
  • Periodical reporting to management about Dealer performance

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related major
  • Knowledge: Dealer management and Dealer operation in Aftersales business
  • Skill:
  • Good literacy of MS Office – high skill on data analysis
  • Good English communication in writing and verbally as well and Good Presentation skill
  • Ability to work in fast paced, performance based environment

Localization project for Manufacturing and After Service:

  • Studying and looking for local supplier for cost reduction
  • Evaluation of local supplier and selection procedure
  • Specification confirmation and get approval from MMC and MMV Top Management.
  • Purchasing procedure for localization: Order/Delivery follow up/Receiving/checking local part/material from supplier and delivering to demanding department.
  • Monitoring claims and problem- solving
  • Supplier measurement and evaluation
  • Countermeasure and Improvement action.

Requirements:

  • Education: automotive University
  • Knowledge: automotive engineering, localization issue
  • Experience: at least 3 years for Automotive manufacturer is preferable
  • Skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, English, Communication skill, Japanese language is preferable
  • Other (if any): careful, teamwork skill
