POSITION: BRAND & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE STAFF

Job Summary:

The role focuses on supporting the execution of brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation of brand campaigns across all channels and materials. It also involves improving customer experience by gathering insights, identifying pain points throughout the customer journey, and leading cross-functional teams to drive enhancements.

Collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Product, and Customer Success, is essential to align brand and customer experience strategies. Additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities to deliver informed recommendations that support brand positioning and customer experience improvements.

Job Descriptions:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Develop and execute brand campaigns, ensure consistency, and analyze performance.
  • Customer Experience (CX): Support CX projects and journey mapping, gather feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experiences.
  • Communication & Coordination: Align brand and CX strategies across departments.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors for insights.

Minor Responsibilities:

  • Brand Reputation Management: Monitor brand reputation through media analysis, social listening, and customer feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • CSR Activity Management: Collaborate on Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales & marketing, branding, and customer experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency (all 4 skills).
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Customer centric mindset, proactive, collaborative, and independent work ethic.
