In order to encourage Dealers to improve skill and knowledge, so that SSI / CSI would be improved as a result, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam has conducted the 10th “Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Skill Contest – 2018” to all authorized Dealers. In order to encourage

Dealers to improve skill and knowledge, so that SSI / CSI would be improved as a result, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam has conducted the 10th “Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Skill Contest – 2018” to all authorized Dealers. The Skill Contest is our periodical activity to evaluate skill and knowledge of dealers and effectiveness of training activity as well. Also, this is a good chance for dealers to share skill & experience and improve relationships.

This time, our contest was conducted for 03 categories: Technician, Service Advisor and Sales Consultant that Dealer would send 01 member for each category to attend.The first round was conducted in JUL-2018 for all Dealers to select top 06 Dealers for each category. And the final round in AUG-2018 to select top 03 of each category. Service Technician As for Technician competition, we prepared paper test to review Technician’s knowledge and on-car troubleshooting content to evaluation troubleshooting skill. In line with CSI, we conducted our contest more concentrate to professional performance of our Technician so the more professional and quickly performance, the better result contestant could get. Service AdvisorSame as Technician competition, our questions given Service Advisor were focus on CSI. Contents of Service Advisor competition consisted of Quiz and Role-play for customer car receiving and delivery. In order to get the best result, SA must be good in not only knowledge about car maintenance and troubleshooting, but also genuine parts & chemical and soft skill to have customer satisfaction. Also, we prepared some points related to safety, etc on customer car as below pictures so that we could evaluate skill and knowledge of SA. However, only some SA could found those points and have good advises to customer. Please refer to Final result as below.
