MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM INTRODUCES MOBILE SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS

To appeal care for customers’ health and to guarantee safety amid Covid-19 pandemic, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) has prepared 6 mobile service TRITON vehicles to introduce the at-home mobile service program at some authorized dealers.

From 25th May to 30th Jun, MMV associates with the authorized dealers nationwide to provide pick-up and drop-off services at home for customers who need to have their vehicles repaired or maintained, disinfection service (Start from 31st May), as well as perform mobile auto repair services at customers’ requested locations. 

MMV gives a high priority on the health and safety standard of customers, employees as well as the community; therefore, some authorized dealers will implement a mobile service program to perform minor repair and periodical maintenance services at the customer’s designated location. The mobile service vehicles are equipped with all necessary equipment, machinery, professional qualified team and dedicated technicians. Some services that the mobile repair program will be offered to customers at that time are free inspection, advice on vehicle inspection by themselves and disinfection service.

MMV also enhances the chances for customers whose cars need to be repaired and maintained without leaving home amid the pandemic with mobile service program. MMV coordinates with the authorized dealers to carry out the pick-up and drop-off services, take care, and maintain customers’ vehicles for customers’ convenience. 

These mobile service programs are applied at MMV’s authorized dealers and applied to all pre-booking customers.
