MITSUBISHI MOTORS VIETNAM OPERATES UPGRADED PARTS WAREHOUSE IN NORTHERN VIETNAM

On September 21, 2026, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) officially put the upgraded Northern Warehouse in Hai Phong into operation, featuring a storage capacity increase of nearly 60%, marking an important step in the strategy to improve after-sales service quality and customer care.

After-sales programs play a key role in maintaining customer trust and engagement throughout vehicle ownership. Accordingly, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) continuously invests in upgrading service infrastructure, most recently with the project bringing a completely new parts warehouse in the North into operation, following last year’s Southern warehouse expansion.

In this warehouse expansion, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam partnered with Phuong Anh Logistics, an experienced company in parts and automobile transportation with a system of 400 specialized vehicles and over 250,000 m² of warehouse space. This combination affirms MMV’s efforts in partnering with leading partners to shorten parts transportation time to dealers across the North, increasing the same-day repair completion rate for customers.

The new Northern parts warehouse is located in an elevated, safe location, ensuring parts and components are preserved in optimal conditions. The new facility brings upgrades in scale and productivity:

• 58% capacity increase: Increases storage space, diversifies parts supply, and improves the capability to serve genuine parts to customers.
• Modern storage racking system.
• Safe, fast, and timely delivery: Shortens supply time thanks to a more convenient warehouse location and improved goods import-export processes.

Beyond operational efficiency, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam introduces eco-friendly packaging made 100% from FSC® international-certified recycled materials, reinforcing the brand’s green and sustainable development direction.

The new packaging helps customers easily identify genuine parts thanks to the Mitsubishi Motors logo clearly printed on the packaging.
