STAR CAMP DEBUTS IN VIETNAM – AN EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND FOR MITSUBISHI OWNERS

Ho Chi Minh City, February 6, 2026 – Building on a journey of more than 30 years in Japan, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam officially launches Star Camp, a large-scale outdoor event exclusively dedicated to the Mitsubishi owners’ community. Star Camp also serves as Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam’s gesture of gratitude to customers who have placed their trust in Mitsubishi vehicles as reliable companions on every journey. 

A journey to ignite the spirit of adventure 

Stepping away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, camping activities are increasingly becoming a meaningful way to connect Vietnamese families. This trend has been enthusiastically embraced by Mitsubishi enthusiasts’ clubs and communities. Aligned with this shared passion along with the spirit of “Steadily Striving Forward for Every Journey”, Star Camp delivers safe and exhilarating driving experiences on every route, as well as awakening the spirit of adventure and discovery, and bringing the peaceful moments with nature behind the wheel. 

Continuing a legacy from Japan 

In Japan, Star Camp has been an annual event organized by Mitsubishi Motors since 1991, attracting thousands of customers each year. Over more than three decades, the event has become a signature gathering for those passionate about outdoor experiences and community connection among Mitsubishi car enthusiasts. Building on its success in Japan, Star Camp expanded to Thailand, with Vietnam as the next destination in this journey that embodies the Mitsubishi Motors identity. 

Beyond a single event, Star Camp 2026 carries Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam’s expectations of becoming a perfect piece within a series of activities that enable customers to fully experience the Mitsubishi Motors-ness, alongside the Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam City Trail and the fascinating Mitsubishi Experience Day test-drive events. 

Exclusive experiences at Star Camp 2026 

The 2-day, 1-night Star Camp journey is thoughtfully designed to ensure every moment becomes a memorable experience: 

• Conquer a nearly 100 km mixed driving route from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai. The on-site “Amazing Race” activity offers participants the opportunity to experience Mitsubishi vehicles’ strength, agility, and durability across real-world driving conditions. 

• Premium glamping experience at Tropical Eglamping, a secluded retreat by Tri An Lake. The campsite features well-appointed tents harmoniously set within nature, providing comfort and relaxation for the entire family. 

• A series of family-bonding activities: Driving skill-sharing workshops, photo-taking tips sessions, and tent decoration challenges, creating opportunities for family members to learn together, collaborate, and strengthen their connection. 

• A cozy Gala Night to conclude an active day, where families gather for a warm dinner, enjoy music, and watch an outdoor movie under the night sky, surrounded by nature. 

REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION INFORMATION 

Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam offers a COMPLETELY FREE experience exclusively for the Mitsubishi owner community: 

• Date: March 28-29, 2026 (Sat-Sun) 

• Location: Tropical Eglamping, La Nga, Dong Nai Province 

• Eligible participants: Mitsubishi car owners. Each registered vehicle may include up to 4 participants (including a maximum of 02 children aged 6 and above). 

• Participation fee: COMPLETELY FREE, including accommodation, meals according to the program schedule, and all experiential activities. 

How to register 

Participation slots for Star Camp 2026 are limited to ensure the best experience. Priority will be given to early registrations that meet the program’s criteria.
