DAILY SECRETARY:

  1. Executive Committee
  • To arrange meetings, appointments and business trips, accommodation, ticket booking
  • To prepare/arrange weekly schedule & follow up
  • To type/translate letters, documentations required
  • To receive the EXCOM’s instruction/news and convey/deliver to addressee
  • On receipt of mails/correspondence, sort into order of priority levels, and type routine letters for signature
  • To control Company’s stamp
  • To follow up and support to collect the partial reports of related departments for annual periodic mandatory reports to submit the authorities
  • Other secretary assignments assigned by EXCOM members
  1. Expatriates
  • To arrange & follow up the apartment lease maters
  • To arrange & follow up immigration procedure applicable for MMV Expatriates (visa/temporary resident card/other certificates)
  • To arrange & follow up immigration procedure (visa/certificates) & logistics for guests upon request
  • To support other assignments upon request

PARTS OPERATIONS/ADMIN STAFF

Job Descriptions:

A. Scope of work:

  • Dealer Management
  • Parts Pricing Management
  • Parts Claim Handling from Dealers
  • Collect market & competitor’s information

B. Duties:

  • Apply the standard pricing formula & strategy to calculate RRP
  • Maintain and update Parts Master Pricelist accurately, based on the annual parts price policy
  • Collect & make the price comparison against competitors to deliver the competitive price
  • Calculate the special price and manage the special item list for campaigns or promotion
  • Complete the new parts price calculation of new models prior to launch and register it systematically
  • Issue PO and send order forecast to vendors
  • Manage backorder status and work with vendors to update delivery schedule on a timely manner
  • Work with Logistic and 3Pl to arrange the parts shipment to be arrived on time
  • Collaborate with KD & Logistic for Parts Homologation Registration
  • Update & inform new parts bulletin to dealer/distributors

Requirements:

  • Education: graduate from university from related major
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management, Sales Model & Accounting Principle
  • Experience in Inventory Control, Order Planning, Automotive Parts is advantage and preferable
  • Skill:

+ Good literacy of MS Office – high skill on data analysis by using Ms.Excel

+ Familiar with MRP, ERP & WMS

+ Good English Communication in writing and verbal is a must

+ Presentation Skill

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment

 SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Descriptions:

  • Participate in developing new software projects including study, selection and deploying appropriate software systems as required.
  • Analyze and support to standardize database which bases on the current company’s procedures and put accounting requests into the ERP solution.
  • Modifies, implements and maintains the selected application to established standards, specifications and approval process.
  • Coordinate with vender to train and modify requests of users for smoothly operation of the system.
  • Analyze and solve (or propose the solution) the problems in use of the software/application.
  • Performs maintenance programming for the system.
  • Join to analyze requests from the management, departments to put into requirements to ERP solution.
  • Participate in other IT projects of other departments in the company.
  • Participate in the ERP-implementation team, training guide, support for departments and as assigned, guided by management.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer / Engineering Science or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge and experience:
  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in Software Development & Application Management.
  • Familiarity with the computer programming language such as JAVA, .Net technology, PHP, HTML5 serial.
  • Experienced with database management system (DBMS) Oracle / SAP, SQL/MySQL.
  • Good knowledge and experience in deploying/development software projects.
  • Ability and skills in handling software errors
  1. Skills:
  • Independent problem solving and data analysis.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication (Vietnamese/English).
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions:

– To follow up Dealership appointments and Corporate/Visual Identity projects.

– To follow up MOU, Dealership Agreements and other related documents to develop dealerships and auto outlets.

– To lead and follow up dealerships’ performance evaluation system and quality incentive scheme.

– To perform on-site evaluation for new dealerships as well as on-site performance evaluation for existing dealerships.

– To create strategies/plans for each province/region regarding market volume, market share, outlet development, etc.

Requirement

– Age: 23-30 years old

– University graduate, majoring in automotive technology is preferable.

– To have knowledge of automotive market and/or technology.

– At least one year of experience in automotive job.

– To have a good command of both spoken and written English.

– To have a driving license (at least B1, B2).
