Job Descriptions:

  • Manage Dealer/ Distributor’s Aftersales logistic Kpis such as Fill rate/ MOS etc.
  • Manage all incoming orders form dealers/ distributor & internal request – EDI, web portal based or email
  • Data analysis of Aftersales Logistic KPIs and implement actions to improve basic operation
  • Periodical reporting related KPIs and implementing necessary actions to achieve the target
  • Closely working with the shipping vendor & 3PL to ensure on time delivery of parts shipment
  • Review the backorder status and take action on overdue backorder to ensure order completeness
  • Ordering control and management to overseas and local vendors
  • Negotiation and communication with Dealer principles and vendors

Requirement

  • Education: University from related major
  • Knowledge: Distributor Management, Sales Model & Accounting Principle
  • Skill:
  • Good literacy of MS Office – high skill on data analysis by using Ms.Excel
  • Familiar with MRP, ERP & WMS
  • Good English communication in writing and verbal is a must
  • Presentation Skill
  • Customer service experience with superior phone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance basec environment
  • Experience: Inventory Control, Order Management, Automotive Parts is advantage and preferable.

  • Complete the daily inventory check to ensure order allocation accuracy
  • Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available
  • Work closely with the shipping vendor & 3PL to ensure on time delivery of parts shipment
  • Review the backorder status and take action on overdue backorder to ensure order completeness
  • Provide the recommended stock list to new dealer/ distributor
  • Using parts catalogs books to check the correct part-numbers
  • Handling the parts claim and respond to complaints from customers
  • Update & inform new parts bulletin to dealer/ distributor

Job Descriptions:

– To follow up Dealership appointments and Corporate/Visual Identity projects.

– To perform on-site evaluation for new dealerships as well as on-site performance evaluation for existing dealerships.

Requirement
