Job Description:

  1. Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) implementation at Dealer:
  • Implementing DOS to Central Dealer;
  • Monitoring the performance of the Dealer;
  • Reporting the implementation results weekly/ monthly.
  1. SSI industry survey analysis:
  • Analyzing to find weaknesses & root cause that make our customer unsatisfied;
  • Taking Action plan to improve;
  • Deploying and managing Dealers follow Action plan.
  1. MMV (Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam) SSI monthly survey & Mystery Shopping analysis:
  • Monitoring the result & analyzing the problems of each Dealer & work with them to take additional actions to improve;
  • Following up the improvement of Dealers.
  1. Customer complaint handling:
  • Handling & reporting complaints related to DOS.

Requirement

  • Education: University
  • Knowledge: Automobile market
  • Skills required: Communication; Instructing/ training; Planning; Problem solving
  • Experience: Automobile related jobs (training/ area management…)
  • Other (if any): English, Driving license (B1/B2…)

AREA MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE FOR SERVICE (NORTH)

Level: Staff

Job Descriptions:

  • Control dealers following MDS and conduct MDS evaluation at dealers periodically
  • Coordinate with dealer and other Dept./ Section to solve customer complaint.
  • Follow up Service KPIs and summarize monthly report
  • Coordinate with other Sections and support dealer on technical issues.
  • Do service procedure training for new dealer.
  • Give instruction for new dealer lay-out and follow up construction progress.

Requirement

  • Education: University graduated in Automobile Technology
  • Knowledge: Automobile, Customer service
  • Mandatory skills:
  • PC skill (MS office, Power point, etc.)
  • English (able to communicate in English with level B, at least, or equivalent)
  • Experience: Workshop control and/ or Jobs related to aftersales service.

FIELD SALES STAFF

Job Description:

  1. Dealer support: Set up yearly TA (sales, manpower…). Setting market share target and monthly sales criteria for dealers.

Together with dealers to plan monthly orders and sales. Advice dealers action plans to increase the customer satisfaction index (SSI/CSI). Coordinate with dealers to make marketing plans to support business activities.

  1. Dealer sales development: Instructing dealers to properly and promptly implement sales policies issued by MMV. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities of dealers.
  2. Analyze market situation: Supporting dealers to analyze monthly and quarterly sales data and advice dealers solutions to improve sales performance.

Requirement:

  • Education: University graduated (BA)
  • Work experience required: at least over 02 years in automotive business or B2B sales.
  • Knowledge: overall knowledge of economic, automotive market.
  • Skills required: Fluent English; Communication; Analyze; Presentation; Management; Customers care; Solving problem.
  • Others: Car driving license (if any)

SERVICE TRAINING SENIOR EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions:

  • Study and conduct technical training course & Skill contest to improve Skill and Knowledge of dealers;
  • Prepare materials, include training materials and service publications.
  • Support dealer in aftersales service activities:
  • Service technical support, including troubleshooting in customer car;
  • Customer handling;
  • Dealer in-house training activity.
  • Cooperate and support to other teams for company business.
  • High spec knowledge for Automobile tech and Leadership to take lead for service training.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Technology
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Automobile technology and maintenance
  • Required skills:
  • English (read and understand automobile materials, communication);
  • Driving skill B2 (can drive outside for business);
  • Presentation and PC skills
  • Experience: at least 03 years
  • Other (if any):
  • Love vehichle and instruction jobs
  • Interested in car maintenance and service
  • Able to go on business trip for weeks, even oversea.
